The International Commerce Centre, also known as ICC, is the tallest skyscraper and only building in Hong Kong with a total of more than 100 floors. ICC is located in the West Kowloon Cultural District of Tsim Sha Tsui, with a height of 484 meters. Construction started in 2005 and completed in 2011. After completion, it replaced the second phase of the International Finance Centre Tower 2 (2IFC) by Victoria Harbour and became the tallest building in Hong Kong.
