謹此聲明本公司所生產如下表所列產品, 經查證不含任何不符歐盟 2012 年 06 月 19 日公告第 (EU) No 519/2012號 修正指令, 關於 PFOS、PFOA 全氟化學品使用濃度限量規範之原料或零件。

We, AMPHENOL LTW TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (“ALTW”), hereby certify that the connector product(s) manufactured by ALTW stated below do not contain any material or component not in compliance with European Union Directive (EU) No 519/2012 of 19 June 2012, on the restriction of Perfluorooctane sulfonates (PFOS) and Perfluorooctanoic Acid (PFOA).
